With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, one of the things I’ve learned is that each client is unique.  This website was designed to provide choices for my clients on how they search for homes in Southwest Florida.  Whether you are searching in Cape Coral Florida, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Marco Island or the surrounding areas for single family homes, townhomes, or even rentals, you now have a website that gives you choices on how you search. I have included useful links to Great Schools.com,   the “Cape Coral Buyers Guide”, and updates on the gulf oil spill. There is also a mortgage calculator and amortization schedule that you may use to calculate out payment information on homes you are interested in.

If you prefer the independence of entering your own criteria, then you can just click on any of the tabs at the top of this page and start your own search.  Each tab will take you to a general search, where you can then go in and add or change the criteria to refine your search.  You will see a map with the location of the homes, and if you scroll down, you will be able to click on the listings and see all of the information for that home.

If you would prefer a little more assistance, you can click on the red “Listingbook” tab at the bottom of this page and enter your information. I will then give you an account that sets up the criteria for you, but allows you the option of making changes to that criteria.  Listingbook has become the search of choice for the majority of my clients.  I highly recommend this option, and would encourage you to check it out.
